“ If it weren't for Elijah Keating (Sales & Leasing Consultant) I would not have found & purchased my "Forever Car". I had originally called Smithtown Lexus to inquire about a Lcertified pre owned 2020 RX350. Elijah answered and kindly informed me it was just sold. He offered me other options but they did not check all of my boxes. He told me he would keep an eye out for me & reach out if any Lcertified pre owned 2020-2022 RX350 became available. A week or so later he called & informed me a clean silver 2021 RX350 with Birch interior just became available & sent me photos. I was so excited as the birch interior is kind of a rare find around here and it checked all of my boxes. Since it would take me about an hour to drive out there I asked if it was possible for him to take it for a test drive if he had any spare time to assure me that the RX350 ran smooth. He replied "absolutely!" & let me know later it ran smooth as can be! So he literally did go the extra mile for me! Elijah really listened & handled all of my concerns & questions even when I texted him at 10pm! He has the patience of a saint & is so full of positive energy! He will find time for you no matter how hectic his schedule may be. He is genuine, honest, professional, quick to respond, extremely impressive & knowledgeable & a dedicated hard working guy. He managed to squeeze me into his very tight schedule yesterday to accompany me on my test drive, handled my paperwork & set me up with Jerry to learn about all of the technology & deliver the RX350. Jerry was awesome too. He took his time to show me how all of the features worked, paired my phone with the RX350, set up the navigation & seating position & was very patient when I asked him a million questions.
